Lori and Ken Chilibeck

Vagabond Lodge is our dream.  The name's history is "Club Vagabond" in Leysin Switzerland where both  spent some time back in in the 70's. Club Vagabond started as a climbing club in the 60's and backpackers from around the world made their way to "The Vag." It closed a number of years ago, but Ken and Lori  felt it was important  to keep the name going, therefore "Vagabond Lodge." 
Lori was involved in the tourism business in Banff and then in Edmonton for a number of years, with Ken's background in the media, having worked for TSN The Sports Network for 20 years. 
Ken and Lori  have always loved the area in and around Golden where they spent many summers camping and hiking.
