$75 dollar extra charge for 3rd Adult Sharing a room. 
Children:  Due to the quiet nature of this lodge experience, this property is limited to guests over 12 years only. 13 and over will be charged Adult Rate. Mature children under 12 years of age may be considered, however this must be pre-approved and is purely at the discretion of the Property Managers. Please call to discuss your situation if you have any questions. 
Breakfast Included.  Hot Lunch is complimentary for 2013-2014 Ski Season for stays of 2 or more Nights. (Some conditions apply)
