Direct Booking-Payment and Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT:
First night per room deposit at the time of confirmation.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Your e-transfer, wire, Wise, or use of a credit card number to apply deposit and/or final payment indicates your compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Verbal authorization for the use of a credit card confirms the reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All funds paid are 5% non refundable from the time of payment.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Vagabond Lodge Inc accepts no responsibility for weather or ski conditions at time of travel; nor responsibility for losses or other expenses due to delay or changes in air schedules or other services including, but not limited to weather, sickness, strikes, terrorism, war, quarantine, lockouts, government action. Travel insurance is recommended.
General Information
- Adult Only accommodation- 14 and under are not permitted
- There is no guest cooking facilities and that includes microwave
- Outside footwear is NOT permitted in the lodge – please bring slippers or indoor foot wear
- Only Registered guest are allowed in Vagabond Lodge
- Non-smoking / No pets allowed
- Breakfast included
- Special food requirements/allergies should be made prior to arrival
- Check In Time – 4:00-6:00 pm- Please contact Vagabond Lodge in advance to arrange checkin outside of this time period.
- Check Out Time – 11:00 am
- Late Check out when available-$50.00 per room
